Jim Probasco Jim Probasco

Jim Probasco is the Managing Editor for The Activity Director’s Companion™. Jim has written several books in the field of music education and numerous magazine articles. Additional credits include head writer for PBS television productions and extensive experience as a radio short form comedy writer. Jim received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Education from Ohio University and a Master of Music Education from Wright State University.

Rachel Ryan Rachel Ryan

Rachel Ryan is a member of the Advisory Board for The Activity Director’s Companion™. She is the Life Enrichment Manager, directing programming for 800 residents at Bethany Village in Centerville, Ohio. Rachel is an instructor at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio, where she teaches an Activity Director Certification course. She is a Board Member of the Ohio Activity Professional Association in Ohio and is Activity Consultant Certified.

Sharon Bidwell Sharon Bidwell

Sharon Bidwell is the minister for social responsibility at the Catholic Community of Epiphany in Louisville, Kentucky. She works with parishioners to fulfill the church’s mission of charity and justice through dozens of programs and ongoing ministries. As a professional writer and editor for the past 20 years, she used her skills in corporate communications and educational publishing before pursuing a master’s degree in theology at the University of Dayton.

Lorri Munafo Lorri Munafo

Lorri Munafo is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer specializing in older adult fitness. She holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise, the American Senior Fitness Association, and the Aquatic Exercise Association. She is also a certified program planner with the Ohio Association of Senior Centers. Lorri is the group exercise director at Bally Total Fitness in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she designs and develops fitness, dance, and personal training programs for a variety of clients.

Wayne Taylor Wayne Taylor

Wayne Taylor is a professional working artist and arts education consultant. Wayne is the retired Art Coordinator for the Kettering City Schools in Kettering, Ohio. He received a BS in Education from Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Kentucky, and a Master of Fine Art from Miami University of Ohio. Wayne’s commissions have included large murals, book illustrations, portraits, landscapes, and historical figures in charcoal, pastel, pen and ink, watercolor, oils, and acrylics.
